Yes, using a meta refresh tag.
Place this in the head tag.
<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="300">
And the page will refresh itself every 5 minutes.
300 equals 300 seconds or five minutes. Change it as desired, but remember people with
dial up modems will have problems if it is set lower than 1 minute. ( CONTENT="60" )
