reformatting

Hello. Can anyone tell me how I reformat my computer
please? I am using windows xp.

If you want to format and reinstall XP, just boot to the xp cd and follow
the on screen instructions.
If you just want to format, boot to a win98 floppy boot disk, run fdisk,
delete all partitions, create new partition, reboot to floppy boot disk,
type: format c:

If you have a MS retail copy or retail OEM copy of XP, the CD is
bootable. Set your machine to boot from CD and follow instructions.

Formatting should be a last resort. Why do you think you need to
format?
