the computer manufacturer includes system recovery options which will return
your computer to the state it was when when you first bought it, a full
system recovery will delete anything that you installed after, some have a
non-destructive recovery option (anything you installed after purchase will
still be installed) but any files infected by viruses etc.. might still be
present on your machine.......In the start menu/all programs, look for a
folder with your computer manufacturers name:example> compaq/compaq pc
tools/> compaq system recovery < follow the instructions from there, hope
