Reference to a subform from main form

Hello all,

I have following problem with user navigation buttons on main form. I have
main form and one subform on it. On the main form I have my own navigation
buttons which should refer to the subform. But I don't know how can I refer
to a subform navigate from main form. Can anyone help me ?
