If you know how to parse the byte-stream, then certainly. There are
almost certainly some PDF tools commercially available to open PDFs
directly, or you can use Process.Start to fire up Acrobat. Or use a
WebBrowser to host an Acrobat plug-in. Or perhaps use Interop to host
the COM control.
