Reducing size of inbox

Hi - My inbox shows a size of ~92MB, but when I paste the list of emails into
excel and tally the size of all those emails, it turns out to be ~31MB.
What's using up all of that space and how do I get rid of it?

Hi DavidFen,

you have to "compress" your PST files. To delete items are not enough:
