reducing movie size?

I have an Olympus D-380 digital camera. It will take 20
second movies in the .MOV format. However, the file is
way too large to email to friends and relatives. Is
there a way to reduce the size of the file for emailing?
Thank you!
 
Quicktime is already very small. if you try to make it samller the video
will be un-watchable.
