Redistribution License Request Forms

I have 3 Redistribution License Request forms to be processed for 3 hotfixes
for post WinXP-SP1/SP2 and Win2000-SP4 installations. Can someone help to
submit these to the proper authorities within Microsoft so that my company
can get redistribution rights on the hotfixes we are requesting?

Actually, I found this information on:

Hotfixes, Updates, and QFEs
For questions concerning redistribution of hotfixes, updates, and QFEs,
please call (800) 882-8080 and ask to speak with a Product Support Services
representative.

I tried the phone number listed, but it always gives me a busy signal - I
think it's disconnected.

Anyway, I am on the phone trying to get this resolved through my MSDN
subscription support incident channels, but please check the phone number
listed, see why it doesn't work, and either get it fixed or change the phone
number on this web page.
