Hi,
I turned on folder redirection GPO in Win2k3 AD environment and added a test
user to the security group for the My Documents folder to redirect to the
user's folder. It created the My Documents folder in his user's folder, but
it has one file (frd36.tmp). I checked the Event Logs on the server and it
gives Event ID 3019 MrXSmb warning "The redirector failed to determine the
connection type". The objective is to redirect all files in My Documents to
the network, but I'm at a standstill. I read other posts to ignore this
warning, but why isn't My Documents Folder Redirection working? Any
suggestions and/or responses greatly appreciated.
