Redirecting the Desktop and Favourites

I would like to know how to change the path for Desktop and Favourites
from Documents and Settings\my profile to a different drive where i
have 'My Documents'. I want to be able to backup from one location and
capture everything. Also is there a application that would do this for
me, TweakUI?
