Redirecting my documents folder

I have a public pc kiosk setup. I dont want anything saved to the c-drive on
these machines so i redirected the my documents to the server. When users log
off I want the contents of that folder to be deleted since these are public
machines and they will not need to access them again. Where do i make these
changes and ensure that even though the my docs is redirected the folder will
stay empty?

Why would you even let your users save anything? You should be using
something like DeepFreeze from Faronics and just returning these
workstations to a pristine state every night.

You can use a policy from the server side or the local group policy to delete
the contents of the my documents, alternativly you can use a script or even a
simple batch file that upon logon the batch file will excute and clear the
contents of the local my documents.

My Q is, if you redirected My Documents to the folder, then there should be
nothing in the folder to delete in the first place.
