redirecting email to outlook 2003 from a company email

Any email to my company email address, instead of stroring on the company's
web, is being redirected to my Outlook email address.
It's working, but there is a glitch. I have 2 Outlook addresses, a personal
and business one.
The 'redirected' email will pop up in the account I log into. (Mail sent
directly to either address does not cross populate.) If I open one account,
the other's email does not show up. It only happens with the redircted email.
Is there a way to have the redirected business mail, not pop into my personal?

You could create a message rule in outlook and have your mail redirected to
a different inbox folder that you create.
