Redirected Links

Some malicius code is redirecting various MSN links at
random to www.tooncomics.com which is a porn site. I have
never visited that site and more importantly, I don't
know how to stop it from happening.

How do I uninstall Internet Explorer 6 so I can reinstall
a clean version I downloaded from Microsoft direct. It
won't let me uninstall IE6 and when I go to install the
new file I downloaded it says it can't proceed because a
newer version is already installed (perhaps the malicius
version)

Any insight out there?
