redirect emails i receive whilst out of the office?

How can I redirect emails to my colleague according to a specific subject?

I.e. if subject is "hello" should automatically go to the inbox of my
colleague. Not it is "goodbye" it should not.

Thanks!
 
Depends on your version of Outlook and type of mail account. For an Exchange
account you can do this by creating rules.
