[redemption] could not retrieve IMessage

Hello all,
I try to use Redemption.dll in a VB.net application.
When I try
MysafeItem.Recipients.add("(e-mail address removed)")
There is an Exception : Could not retrieve IMessage : Interface is not
supported.
If I try MysafeItem.to="(e-mail address removed)"
it's ok, but when I try to send the message I have an Exception : Could not
submit the message error 0x80004005
