Redefine Function key for Home and End

I have a laptop where the Home and End keys are accessed by pressing Fn and
PageUp and Fn+PageDown keys

I would like to be able to reassign these to Possibly F11 and F12 if at all
possible.

Can this be done

IMVHO it's possible. Have you tried to use software like RemapKey for
doing this?
