When I open my homepage (sympatico.msn.ca), there are
some pictures that do not display. I just have the famous
small red x. I have checked the settings with my IT
provider but this did not fix the situation. I also have
a router and have tried connecting directly. This did not
work either. There is another computer also going through
this router which does not have the problem.
Any suggestions?

In IE, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Multimedia section and make sure the box "Show Pictures" is
ticked.
