Red marching ants

Someone added the text characerization of "red marching ants" in the footer
section of a document that they returned to me. When I try working on this
document, it does not show me the correct formatting (wrong font size, wrong
Header- the section is Header 1 and it is showing "body text", etc.) It seems
like the formatting bar is just not updating to the new sections highlighted.
Also, sometimes I can't see my mouse when I scroll over my text. When I get
rid of the "red marching ants" all of this trouble goes away. What is going
on??

Possibly, your graphics card driver is allergic to red ants...

Try updating it from the manufacturer's website and see if that makes any
difference.
