Red Flags

L

Loves2Dance4Fun

I used ODIR.exe to delete all my duplicate appointments and tasks.
However, I now notice I have many duplicates in my To Do List, and
ODIR doesn't offer the option of removing Red Flags. I did some
research but couldn't find an answer. Apparently, each Task is
automatically Red Flagged by default. So, is there an easy way to
remove all the flags from my Tasks (without deleting the Tasks) so I
don't have so many To Dos? Also, is there some way to change the
default.

Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Seems to me you already asked this as part of your initial thread. Continue
in the same thread. No need to ask again.

Right click and choose Clear. You can select multiple items and clear the
flag on all at once.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I had already tried that. Clear
is NOT an option on right click. Right click gives me several
different time periods, mark complete, or delete. This is so on both
Tasks and ToDo List.

On tasks you need to either delete or mark complete. Tasks are always
flagged.

BTW - if you don't want them showing in the todo list, create a filter for
them. But - the easiest way to remove true duplicates is to delete them.

I'd probably mark the duplicates complete and set a filter to hide completed
items.
