Looking for a good, easy to use redeye reduction tool. I've tried heaps
so far and they are mostly very clunky and very lifelike.... irfanview
is not very good. I've done a 'redeye' search in this group and tried
them all but they still are very rough around the edges literally.
Photofiltre and the saturation tool is th best except its a lot of
effort to do. So... any others around? Clunky pixelated ones dont suit
me unfortunately.

thanks
Pete

I think Picasa does a good job of red eye reduction.

Hi Pete,

Here's what you're looking for.

Red-E-Rem works like this:

*Drag a picture and drop it on the "rederem.EXE or shortcut file.
*Right-click the red eye, and center the cross hair on the red area
*Left click.

Boom, red eye gone! Does a great job with default settings, but you can set
it for more subtle changes.

Note:

When you say "pixelated, I am worried your pictures are too small (as in not
enough megapixels in your camera) to edit properly. In the event your redeye
area only consist of a few pixels, they are very difficult to edit.

Ta...

3mp so not that small?

anyone have a copy?
Sorry, this site is temporarily unavailable!
The web site you are trying to access has exceeded its allocated data

looking forward to trying it

Thanks Dudd, I like it too.
