Red exclamations on desktop icons

I have red exclamations on my desktop icons and I tried both symantec address and mozy, but received page error. Also, my D Drive needs to be optimized and I was unable to do so because it would not allow me to. can you help me please?
 
I have checked all of them, but the link for symanteic will not load nor will mozy. I also have tried the other links, but all have to do with McAfee and I do not have mcAfee or least it does not appear to be so. What now? Thanks for your help!
 
Sometimes McAfee can get automatically installed with some software like a Flash update if you aren't careful with
the installation. Are you positive it's not installed?
