red cross instead of image displayed in e mail

When I receive e mails frm approved senders I get a red x instead oif the
pictures. How do I make the red x go away?

I'm nor sure how, I had same problem. Did you change to html? Is your
security set to high? Do you have Adobe/Acrobat? Do you have Norton? These
are questions I was asked when I looked for help. Power Point is important.
