Recyle bin problem

When I delete a file/program it obviously goes to the
recycle bin - however, it is not displayed when the bin
is opened...the file is there as I can delete things from
there, but just none are displayed. I have checked the
status of the icons and all are supposed to be viewable,
but all seem invisible....this makes it very difficult to
restore files if sent to the recycle bin
accidently....anyone any ideas?

Log on to the Recovery Console and then delete the INFO2 file from the
RECYCLER or RECYCLED folder on the drive, using the DEL command.
