For some reason every once in a while after I empty my
recycle bin, the icon stays at full, and when I try to
empty it again, it comes up with a msgbox asking 'Are you
sure you want to delete "WINDOWS"?'

It's not a huge problem, just kind of a nuisance.

.

do u have a norton software pack or anything? if so, some
of them actually put autoprotection on files in the
recycle bin. u should go to your properties folder, and
disable the recycle bin options. or... u can jus right
clik on the bin, and then in the properties, u can
disable it.

Filesystem corruption.

I get this now and then too.

Just run scandisk on C: (you may need to reboot to do this) and it will
fix it.

Palladium is not the solution, it is the problem.
