RECYCLER Folder

After running Norton antivirus scan, I have a detected
file that shows up as being in the RECYCLER folder. NAV
can't delete it so I try to go to the RECYCLER folder and
I can't see it on the system.
Any ideas on how to get to the folder/file to delete it ?

Empty the contents of the norton protected recycle bin using the right
click options.
