recycle bin's properties

i'm using windows XP and when i right click the recycle
bin, i can't select the "properties".....i mean after i
selected it, nothing appears....but before this happened,
i rename the recycle bin as "" (empty)....and as a result
the "properties" function was disabled......pls help...
thx alot ~~
 
Should be able to able to use 'system restore' to before that point.
