Recycle bin

I cannot empty Adobe Photoshop (*.psd) files from the recycle bin, even if Adobe Photoshop is not running and the computer has been re-booted. The following message appears when I attempt to empty the recycle bin or manually delete the files from the recycle bin: "Cannot delete de130 (or other number) it is being used by another person or program . . etc."

Here is what I finally did to fix this - only one user can be the administrator - so go to all your users and change there accounts so they are only limited - easy to do. Then you, as the admin, can delete the .psd files - anyway it worked for me! I guess when it said in use by another person that meant another user had admin, access. Good Luck!
