WHEN I DELETE A FILE OR PROGRAM IT SAYS IT IS GOING TO
THE RECYCLE BIN. WHERE IS THE RECYCLE BIN TO PERMANETLY
DELETE THE INFORMATION?
 
go to your recycle bin on your desktop. duoble click to
open.
click on: to permanently delete these items from your
recycle bin click here.
