Recycle Bin

My Recycle Bin was nowhere to be found after I deleted a
load of temporary internet files. Anyone any idea why it
disappeared, where it has gone and how I can restore it
so that I can empty it? Presumably it has not been
deleted also (no recollection of having done this and not
aware that you can delete a Recycle Bin).

Any feedback gratefully received.
 
Right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Restore Default
