Recycle Bin

I accidentally deleted my recycle bin. It is now back on my desktop. Now it
does not refresh when full shows empty, when empty shows full..... besides
hitting F5 to update manually.......any ideas on how to get to work correctly?

Right-click on your desktop, select 'Personalize' > under Tasks in left
column, select 'change desktop icons'. Check Recycle Bin & click OK.
