recycle bin

when i empty recycle bin -one file is left behind-a different file each
time-could be a document or music -anything-..and if i try to delete it,a
window comes up saying.......are you sure you want to delete WINDOWS.
ANY IDEAS PLEASE

Hi Kim,

Try this: Go to Computer > Select the Hard Disk Drive that Vista is
installed on, and right click > Choose Properties > Choose the Tools tab >
Click on "Check Now...", under Error-checking > Check "Automatically check
file system errors" > Choose Start > Choose Schedule disk check > Choose OK
to close the Properties window > Restart your computer.
