recycle bin

Hello! I am a new user to Windows XP (professional) and I
am wondering how I can get the recycle bin back in the
lower right corner as it was when I loaded the o/s. I
changed to the conventional look of windows and then
decided to go back and learn the new "look" of XP and now
I cannot get the bin back...I try to drag and drop and it
just keeps bouncing back to the upper left side. Thanks
for any help!
