Recycle Bin

If you set up a size on the recycle bin and use the
recycle bin as the storage folder for badmail will the
recycle bin automatically empty itself when it is full?

Yes - kind of. It doesn't empty itself, but it deletes its oldest contents
to make room for new, as needed.

Do you need to change the "Display delete confirmation
dialog" for the recycle bin to remove old files as it
becomes full?

No. The deletion of older files should happen automatically. I've not
studied the algorithm that Windows uses to decide which old files to delete
first, but I think the deletion order is not strictly first-in, first-out.
