I am the admin. and is there away that I can access my users recycle bins
without going in thru their sign in screen?

Sure. Just enter \\computername\c$\recycler at the Run command.
 
i THINK i LEFT THE NAME AS "HOME" BUT i DO NOT SEE IT IN SYSTEM INFO, WHERE
EXACTLY IS THE NAME?
 
Not sure if it matters but the user that I want to watch the recycle bin is
