Recycle Bin WinXP SP3

Hi there, My problem is that the recycle bin shows full and there is nothing
in it. If I try to empty, a flag pops up asking if I really want to delete
Windows. If I delete something to the bin it shows as having two files, the
one I deleted and an invisible one. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Try using this registry file fix:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/restorerecyclebin.reg

Run the repair file and affirm the changes. Then empty the Recycle Bin
and reboot. Run the repair file once more. Then empty the Recycle Bin
again.
