Recycle Bin Problem

Tried to empty my Recycle Bin and got the message about whether I'm sure I
want to delete these items. There's two problems with this. The first is
that there is nothing showing in the Recycle Bin. The second is an error
message telling me that,"Cannot remove file folder Dc206: The directory is
not empty".
I've Googled around the 'net looking for a fix but have found nothing that
works. Any ideas?
