ReCycle Bin Problem

I am having a problem with my ReCycle Bin if I put something in it the icon
will not show that there is something in there until I shutdown or restart.
The same occurs when I delete something it will not show empty until I
Shutdown or Restrart. Odd any help Kirk

I have done this and it does not work for me. I wonder if it has anything to
do with the drives My C drive has a partion on it and I am also connected to
an external drive. It is not a big deal just very anoying
