Recycle Bin intermitent error

[Bad Head]

Hi,

Occasionally, whenever I try to empty my Recycle Bin, I receive the
following error:

"Cannot read from source or file."

This is not a big problem as it is intermittent, but it is annoying. What
is the cause and is there a cure?
