Recycle bin has problems!

Ah Help! I don't know why but my recycle bin empties itself after a certain
number of days! Does anyone know why and how can I fix this problem??
 
See if you have any scheduled task / Cleanup jobs. If so disable the task.

Type "control schedtasks" in Start, Run.
