After a crash and system restore I have developed a
persistent problem with programs locking up. Typically,
after logging onto AOL once, I can't do it again without
rebooting. In the process of rebooting I consistently
get 2 messages regarding unresponsive programs. The
first is always tfswctrl.exe. Then, CiceroULWndFrame.

Does this make sense to anyone? How can i resolve?

tfswctrl.exe is a legimate hp related program for direct
use of cdrw drive. But some hyjack process can dupe this.
You need to run virus and spyware scans. Need virus
protection, get some. Need spyware removal you can get at:

http://www.net-integration.net/index.php?
page=spybotsd#clean

They also have full ducumentation there and can help with
running and fixing problems. It has an automatic backup
so you can restore fixes. You'll also need to remove
startup registry items also , highjackthis is available
free there at

http://www.net-integration.net/index.php?
and they can help with interpretation of logs you
provide. Just follow their directions.
