recurring meeting request bug

When a recurring meeting is cancelled it embeds itself as a attachement .
Like this the attachment grows and 20 Kb metting request becomes 29 MB,when
sending the cancel appointment reponse to others it sends as a 29 Mb cancel
request.

Did anyone come across this kind of bug in outlook. It occurs intermittenly.
User is using a dell laptop.

Dell laptop? I'd start with uninstalling the outlooksetupaddin - it may be
related to other problems caused by that addin. See
