Recurring Calendar events disappearing

We have recurring Calendar events disappearing for three
endusers, any ideas?
Contacted Microsoft, they haven't got a clue.

Are they delegates?

We are using outlook 2000 and 2002, and Exchange Server

Are you running an AV on the Exchange Server?
If so, is it set to scan the M:\ drive?

We do run Symantec Corp., and it was scanning the "M"
drive, but that was 3 weeks ago, we corrected this
problem (it is now in the exclusion list), but the
recurring events are still disappearing.
