Recurring appointments

I am a teacher and I have used MS outlook for a few years to organise my
timetable. My school has changed to a two week timetable starting in
September so my lessons repeat each fortnight. This would be OK but I need to
be able to skip weeks for holidays. Help please. I do not want to have to go
back to carrying a large diary around with me again!

Alas, Outlook by itself won't skip holidays. Holidays have no special
significance. They're just calendar entries like any other.

There are tools you can buy to handle irregular recurrences, though. One of
them is here:
