Can you help me? I am a teacher and myself and many colleagues use outlook for our calenders. At the start of the year we put in our lessons as recurring appointments so it shows when we are free for meetings. The problem is that our timetable lasts two weeks so we have week 1, week 2, week 1 etc. This means that when we get to a half term our calenders are then out of sync. Outlook thinks its week 1's lessons whereas it's week 2.
Is there any way to insert a blank week so that all appointments are moved back?
Any help much appreciated is driving us mad!
