Recurring Appointments

I am a supervisor using Outlook 98 on an exchange server, the question
I have is out the 10 employees I supervise, only 3 of them I can only
view their reoccuring appointments, I just can't seem to figure what
is unique about their calendars to only allow me to see only part of
their calendar.. I sure would appreciate any help in this matter..
Thank You
Nick

Are the items marked 'private' ?

How did you grant yourself access to their mailboxes/calendars?

I hope you don't mean you have Outlook instaled *on* the Exchange server
itself....

Items are not marked private.. Each user granted me permission as
editor only for their calendar. I meant we use Exchange. Outlook 98 is
installed separately on each workstation. I can access each of my
users calendars, justs those 3 I can only see their reoccuring
appointments.. Does this have anything to do with .ost file?? on their
PC..
Thanks for responding... I really need to be able to see all of their
calendar..
Thanks So Much..

Via delegates, or by right-clicking on the calendar, going to properties,
permissions, and adding you?

No, it shouldn't, as long as they aren't having syncing problems. Can you
see their stuff in OWA via http(s)://server/exchange/otheruser/calendar ?

Post a reply with your results/answers & let's see if we can't get it sorted
out. Note that it's best to post Exchange related questions like this in
m.p.exchange.clients - you can crosspost to the OL groups too if you need
to.
