recurring appointment

I need to set up a reoccuring appointment - but its a weird one. I need the
Friday before the First and Fourth Mondays of each month.
This doesn't seem to fit in any of the rules for recurring appointments,
every other week doesn't take into account months with 5 weeks,, every second
Monday doesn't work every month, etc.

Is there a way to make this work? I wish we could list dates for a meeting.
