Recurring allert

I keep receiving this message from the Microsoft
Antispyware Alert Program:

Internet Explorer Web Browser trying to be
added. A Web Browser is a program inserted
into Internet Explorer that gives the program
full control over Internet Explorer.

Advise: While this is not a known spyware
threat, you might want to analyze this program
before either allowing or blocking it.

Can someone be of any help

I have found that this occurs when logging on as another
user on the same computer and then switching back to my
original userid. I don't know why it is so.
