Recurring Pop-Up Alerts

I've got a recurring problem I don't understand. Would appreciate any
insight you may be able to provide. I shut down my machine every night. When
I log on in the morning, maybe one quarter or one half the time, I get the
same three MSAS Alert pop-ups........
"Internet Explorer WebBrowser alert

Occured on: 6/22/2005 at 6:32:14 AM

Internet Explorer WebBrowser RoboForm c:\program files\siber systems\ai
roboform\roboform.dll has been granted permission to be installed. This
program is in the user's allowed Web Browser list.

contains information and settings about an instance of Internet Explorer. If
these settings are modified or a new Web Browser is added, this Web Browser
can take over full control of Internet Explorer, add toolbars, menus,
buttons, etc.

Internet Explorer ShellBrowser alert

Occured on: 6/22/2005 at 6:32:12 AM

Internet Explorer Shell Browser Microsoft Shell Browser UI Library
c:\windows\system32\browseui.dll has been granted permission to be

Startup Registry Files alert

Occured on: 6/22/2005 at 6:32:09 AM

A startup value (SpybotSD TeaTimer:C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search &
Destroy\TeaTimer.exe) has been granted permission to be added to your
startup registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. This
program is in the user's allowed startup file list.

About Startup Registry Files: Startup registry keys are a number of registry
entries in the Windows registry that store paths to applications on your
computer. Applications that are listed in any of these registry keys and are
loaded automatically when Windows boots up. These keys generally apply to
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, and 2003."

As the alerts state, the first is in my allowed web browser list, the second
is in my allowed shell browser list, and the third is in my allowed startup
file list. So if I've allowed them all, why do I get these pop-up Alerts,
not every time, but on a randomly recurring basis? Anybody got any ideas why
I'm getting these, or what I might do to turn them off? Thanks.

What about the Roboform and Spybot alerts? If these recurring Alerts are a
bug, is there somewhere that I should report this behavior? Thanks.

I know Roboform and Spybot are safe, that's why I installed them. My
original question was why does MSAS keep sending these pop-up Alerts, which
I included in my original post, or how can I make them stop appearing. After
you mentioned that one of them was considered a bug, I asked if there was
someplace to report the other two as additional bugs, I don't want to report
them as spyware, they're not. Thanks.
