Tried no password at all?
Also - what operating system? Windows Xp Home, Professional, etc?

If Professional - press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the welcome screen logon and
enter the username "administrator" and leave the password blank to logon and
change the password for the other user accounts.

If Home - reboot into safe mode and utilize the username "administrator" and
leave the password blank to logon and change the password for the other user
accounts.
