Is there a way of recovering files, which were firstly in the Recycle Bin
and then were erroneously emptied?

If I am not mistaken some years ago I saw an affirmative information to this
question.

sometimes, if you recover the files before they are
over-written. Google for "undelete" but do it on another
computer, every use of the hard drive increases the
likelihood that the files will be over-written.

Try running System Restore. Choose a date from the Calendar prior to when you
deleted the files.

Instead of XP's SYSTEM RESTORE .( I negated it ), and now use
Norton's GOBACK 4.0. in its stead. Much more efficient! And Go Back
has a great little app that allows you to find deleted files after
they'd been cleared from Recycle Bin! I'm 100% really happy with Norton
Goback 4.0!

It's possible but first thing is stop using the computer. Deleted data
is not removed from the disk, just their space marked available and the
more you use the system before trying data recovery, the greater the
chance they are overwritten. Here are some data recovery options:

Executive Software “Undelete”:

There are data recovery services that do a good job but are very
expensive. Only you know the value of the data

"Deleting" a file doesn't actually delete it; it just marks the space as
available to be used. There are third-party programs that can sometimes
recover deleted files. The problem is that the space used by the file is
likely to become overwritten very quickly, and this makes the file
unrecoverable.

So your chances of successfully recovering this file are decent if you try
recovering it immediately after deleting it, and rapidly go downhill from
there. If you've been using the computer since then (for example to write
this question and read this answer), your chances are probably very poor by
now.

But if the file is important enough, it's worth a try anyway. Stop using the
computer in question immediately, if you haven't done so already. Download
an undelete program (here's one:
http://www3.telus.net/mikebike/RESTORATION.html but there are several others
to choose from; do a Google search) on a friend's computer and bring it to
yours on a floppy to try.

If this fails, your only other recourse is to take the drive to a
professional file recovery company. This kind of service is very expensive
and may or may not work in your case.

Hello,

EASEUS DataRecoveryWizard utility can help. Speaking about me, it was
easily able to restore deleted, lost file and unformat drive,
so I think you will also find it quite useful. Really recommended
tool, give it a try.
